1. A nice conversation

A completely non-committal conversation with one of us, a clear explanation, advice and the home recording.

2. Price advice

We give advice on the correct price setting and together we determine the asking price.

3. In the picture!

To properly visualize your home, we have your home professionally photographed, measured, floor plans are made and a home video.

4. Here we go....

Time to publish the property on our own site, Funda and other relevant websites.

5. View

Interested parties can now come and see your home and taste the atmosphere. We do this separately or by means of an open house. Everything is possible!

6. Bid

If there is a bid for your home, we will consult with you, give advice and start the negotiation procedure or we will not start the procedure, which is of course also possible.

7. Sold!

If an agreement has been reached between both parties, we will draw up the purchase agreement. After we have gone through these together, we will have them signed by you and ensure that the notary receives them.

8. Handover / transportation

The notary receives the signed purchase agreement and will schedule an appointment with both parties for the transfer of ownership of the property. Of course we are present.

9. Cup of coffee ... tasty
